Resources pH Adjustment
Systems
RESOURCES pH Adjustment Systems
monitor pH within water tanks, water circuits, process circuits or effluent
discharge and automatically add and adjust pH control chemicals to the water or
process circuit. A compact space saving design allows concentrated chemical
reagents to be safely stored and used by the pH adjustment system.
pH adjustment water treatment is
required in applications where minerals or chemicals cause water pH to be too high
or low for further processing. Field instruments detect pH within process circuits
and send measurement signals to the integrated Programmable Logic Controller [PLC].
The PLC determines the dosage rate according to the volumetric flow rate and
controls the pH adjustment system accordingly.
Resources pH Adjustment Systems
include:
-
Certified chemical storage flow
bins.
-
Stainless steel dosing pump system.
-
Control panel with integrated
PLC.
-
Field pH probes.
-
Safety spill tray.
Resources pH adjustment systems are
fully automated and provide for signal output to integrate with other plant control
systems. Multiple units can be used in a single process where pH must be changed
more than once. Two or more dosing pumps can be used to provide multiple dosing
points from a single pH adjustment system.
