Randy J. Crosson

A seasoned Administrative Manager and Design Executive, Randy spent a significant part of his 28 year career working as an Urban Design Planner for Architectural and Civil Engineering companies and his own Sarasota Florida based design firm. 

 

In 2006, Randy founded and developed Resources, LLC, an oil and natural gas investment company with significant mineral rights interests in the Fayetteville play, Arkansas.  A year later, the Resources Group expanded its operations as Resources Mining Technologies bringing aboard high-level expertise in the fields of mineral processing together with exclusive proprietary modular gold processing technology. 

 

Randy is President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Manager for Resources Mining Technologies where he focuses on the administrative management of day to day business operations and assists in project analysis, design layout and project implementation  for RMT.

Stuart Turner

Stuart Turner began his career in mining in South Africa in 1987 having been awarded a scholarship from the Rand Mines group and graduated from the University of Johannesburg in 1991 with a NHD in Extraction Metallurgy. For an additional two years, Stuart furthered his education following a professional career trainee program within the Randcoal division. The highly practical nature of Stuart’s training left him with extensive experience in Gold Extraction and DMS coal processing.

 

Stuart continued his technical career as a contracting project engineer for Outokumpu Mintec in South Africa. He was involved extensively with project engineering in the field of solid liquid separation. Later, Stuart joined the Edward L. Bateman group and rapidly continued to progress through the company ranks holding increasingly senior positions, working with the product engineering and sales management of capital process equipment.

 

Stuart's career with Bateman culminated in his appointment as Manager of International Business Development for Bateman Process Equipment. From 1998 to 2000, Stuart travelled extensively throughout the world developing new markets for process equipment in North and South America as well as Australia, Africa, New Zealand and the Pacific Rim.

 

In March of 2000, Stuart left Bateman and went on to form his own successful technology based company. Over a 6 year period, he grew his company into a strong medium sized enterprise employing more than 15 people.  In 2007, Stuart sold his shareholdings in his company.  

  

Today, Stuart is a key integral part of the Resources Mining Technologies team. As a renowned inventor, he contributes a wealth of  highly specialized proprietary gold and water processing technology and experience. Stuart functions as Chief Technology Officer specializing in Project & Production Management and Process & Product Development for the company's gold and water divisions.

Gaillie Burton

Gaillie holds an Associate of Science Degree from St. Petersburg College, St. Petersburg, Florida, Graduate of 1975 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia, Graduate of 1992. Gaillie is the Corporate Secretary and Office Manager for Resources Mining Technologies. She is in charge of Office Management to include coordination of corporate activities, scheduling, office organization and legal record-keeping.

As the son of Giulio Torriero, Nello Construction Company's founder, Gino Torriero developed a keen passion for construction at an early age. Gino continued his training through Virginia Tech University's Building Construction Program. Gino is Executive Vice-President of Nello Construction, one of the leading building contractors in Southwest Pennsylvania.

Gino has extensive experience in estimating, project scheduling and pre-construction services and has managed over 1 billion in pre-construction services and estimates. Major projects under his direction include Ethan Allen Furniture, Home Depot (five), Peters Township Community Center, South Hills Bible Chapel, Three Rivers Volkswagen and several Comcast office fit-outs.

Gino is the Construction Manager for Resources Mining Technologies. Gino specializes in building construction management and provides value engineering, scheduling and estimating for Resources' Mine Surface Infrastructure projects.

Janet-Torriero--Chief-Business-Consultant

Janet holds a Business Degree from Robert Morris College, Pittsburgh, PA, graduate of 1964. In 1969, as Secretary Treasurer, she assisted her husband Giulio Torriero in furthering the development and promotion of their company, Nello Construction whose services include General Construction, Construction Management and Design-Build. In 1996, Janet became the CEO of Nello Construction.

Janet Torriero is the recipient of the Outstanding Woman in Construction Award by the Building Construction Department, College of Architecture and Urban Studies, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.  She is also a member of the Corporate Advisory Committee for Pennsylvania Women Work!  PAWW is a non-profit 501c3 organization.

Janet is a Business Consultant for Resources Mining Technologies.  With over 35 years of personal business industry experience and success, Janet carefully cultivates Resources' overall business models to include business analysis, promotion and support. Janet assists in ongoing market opportunities with a primary focus on business opportunity exploration and business solution development.
